Tokyo, March 2017 - Louis Vuitton will open its “LOUIS VUITTON X FRAGMENT POP-UP STORE” from Friday April 21 to Friday May 5, 2017 at the "Ba-tsu Art Gallery” in Harajuku, Tokyo. The pop-up store will premiere a selection of the Autumn -Winter 2017 Men's pre-collection - a collaboration between Men’s Artistic Director Kim Jones and Hiroshi Fujiwara.
A central part of Louis Vuitton's pre-collection is a new collaboration with Japanese icon Hiroshi Fujiwara, the renowned streetwear designer with his own brand "Fragment Design". The collection is based around an imaginary band - “Louis V and the Fragments” - created by Fujiwara and Louis Vuitton, and uses emblematic Fragment Design touches like preppy details and fresh, bold embroidery and prints.
The “LOUIS VUITTON X FRAGMENT POP-UP STORE” will carry a broad range that includes both pop-up store exclusives and global items, along with products only available in Japan.
At “The Mass” - adjacent to the pop-up store - three special spaces will offer a hot-stamping service and digital installations for you to experience and enjoy.
