Jeff Koons is the latest artist to collaborate with Louis Vuitton on the creation of a range of new products, bringing his ‘Gazing Ball Paintings’ to Louis Vuitton bags.
One of the most widely recognized figures in contemporary art, New York-based artist Jeff Koons has brought imagery from his recent ‘Gazing Ball Paintings’ – a series of large-scale hand-painted reproductions of works by the Old Masters – to a range of Louis Vuitton products.
His re-creations of masterpieces by da Vinci, Titian, Rubens, Fragonard and Van Gogh have been transposed on to such iconic Louis Vuitton bags as the Speedy, the Keepall and the Neverfull. From 12th to 24th May, visit the MASTERS Pop Up at Pacific Place Garden Court, LG1, and experience the Old Masters in novel ways.

From May 19 to June 18, the Louis Vuitton store on Avenue Montaigne in Paris will host an exhibition celebrating the House’s savoir-faire and its continuing spirit of innovation.
L’Art de vivre à la française will present historic pieces from the archives, special orders and collectors’ items, as well as the House’s latest inventions for transporting treasures. It will also feature, for the first time in France, the new Louis Vuitton Objets Nomades range, the House’s unique collection of innovative travel-inspired objects for the home, created with some of the world’s leading designers, including Campana brothers, India Mahdavi and Marcel Wanders.
The Avenue Montaigne store will be transformed into a cabinet of curiosities, giving clients a unique opportunity to become part of Louis Vuitton’s journey in the art of French living that began over 160 years ago and continues on its innovative route.
