Vuittamins Pre-Fall 2021 collection

With Stacy Martin as ambassador, Nicolas Ghesquière presents his Pre-Fall 2021 Collection in upbeat colors, drawing upon visions which symbolize the nature of the Louis Vuitton woman.

The Campaign

This season, Louis Vuitton’s Vuittamins Pre-Fall 2021 Collection offers a boost of joy and optimism with a palette of colors that pop. Drawing upon Nicolas Ghesquière’s major design angles since arriving at Louis Vuitton, the collection is expressed through three main stylistic pillars: Tech Romanticism, Energetic Sportswear, and Rediscovering Essentials. In an explosion of colors where chromatic duos are reinvented, pieces combine the delicacy of embroidery and the softness of materials with a modern, urban attitude.
Expressing the Maison’s vision of modernity and uniqueness, the animation brightens up new bags as well as iconic shapes from the Spring-Summer 2021 Collection, including the Pochette Coussin and the Papillon Trunk, in a range of timeless materials.

The Interview

A heroine in a new take on the Nouvelle Vague, the Franco-British actress was photographed by Nicolas Ghesquière himself for the Pre-Fall 2021 Campaign. In his own words: “Stacy has innate elegance and an inspiring personality. I have a lot of respect for her career path, her bold choices and the roles she takes on. I very much enjoyed photographing Stacy. So cool and laid-back, I love the way she wears my collections.”
To introduce the campaign, the actress plays both roles, with French Stacy Martin interviewing her English counterpart.
