After its first pop-up restaurant with Chef Pierre Sang Boyer, the Maison continues its series of cultural and culinary projects with world-renowned Chef Alain Passard. Known for introducing vegetable-focused menus to fine dining, Passard highlights both seasonality and locality with naturalistic dishes that satisfy the five senses. Clients will be able to experience the chef’s specialty dishes within the impressive glass space designed by eminent architect Frank Gehry.
