The Maison announces the opening of Woori Louis Vuitton, a new pop-up restaurant at the Espace Louis Vuitton Seoul until February 8th, 2024.
Meaning “collaboration” in Korean, Woori, the fourth Louis Vuitton pop-up restaurant in South Korea, unveils an authentic, gastronomic experience that puts Korean culture, history, and national pride at its forefront.
Located in the city's affluent Cheongdam-dong neighborhood, Woori is set in the Louis Vuitton Maison Seoul, designed by world-renowned architect Frank Gehry. Drawing inspiration from nature, the interior design harmonizes the space from the unique axonometry ceiling to the artistic tablescape, with natural elements in earthy tones, traditional Korean textures, and a soft color palette of ivory, white, and blue.
Unveiling a Korean fine-dining experience, the collaboration sees Michelin-star chef Cho Hee-sook, the first Korean to be named as 'Asia's Best Female Chef' come together with esteemed local chefs, Cho Eun-Hee, Park Seong-Bae, Kang Mingoo, and Eunji Lee – an acclaimed group of culinary talents from their representative restaurants, Hansikgonggan, Onjium, Mingles, and Lysée.
