Seoul Fashion Show: Incheon Airport

For the first-ever Louis Vuitton Fashion Show in South Korea, the Maison has chosen the Incheon Bay Airport to stage an unprecedented runway.

The Spirit of Travel has been at the heart of Louis Vuitton since its founding in 1854. In our modern era, airports serve both practical and symbolic points of departure, promising the anticipation of adventures ahead. After the 1962 TWA Flight Center at New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport, Louis Vuitton lands in South Korea at the Incheon International Airport, which opened in 2001.

Within a cavernous space, large, ethereal veils are suspended above the runway, echoing the recently opened Maison Seoul flagship designed by Frank Gehry.
